Our house received a post card recently with an image of Arc of Petals, 1941 by Alexander Calder. Written on the post card: A beautiful and eloquent solution to the question of balance.

PET

Artist Miwa Koizumi has created these fantastic underwater creatures from PET bottles. She says she has started to see small creatures in garbage of her everyday surrounds: "Everywhere I go they are waiting for me".

The work of Yuken Teruya is beautiful. I have been thinking a lot about installation recently and Yuken's work is truly inspiring.
